The prerequisite for obtaining the Swiss certificate BIOSUISSE ORGANIC is that the producer already has a valid organic production certificate in accordance with the EU regulations.
Also, the entire production operation and farm management must be in accordance with organic standards. The WHOLE FARM system includes fertile land, buildings, equipment, workforce and an operation center on the farm. More information on BIOSUISSE standard may be found on the following link:
