BIOFACH
BIOFACH – the world´s leading trade fair for organic food is organized every year in Nuremberg, German. Since 1990, it has been an unmissable destination for organic stakeholders who wants to take part in the world of organic food and exchange knowledge and experience with relevant participants from the entire value chain. It gathers more than 3000 exhibitors and over 50000 visitors from more than 130 countries. It represents a place where companies from this sector of production meet and make business arrangements, but also it is a place where policies and trends in organic production and industry are created.
The fair is held under the auspices of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM). Serbia has had a national exhibition at this prestigious event for more than 15 years. Nacional Association for development of organic production „Serbia Organica“ has been organizing the exhibition for serbian companies since 2010, and since 2018 the exhibition is jointly organized with Development Agency of Serbia and The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.
Exhibition of organic products as part of the Agriculture Fair in Novi Sad
The Agriculture Fair in Novi Sad is held every year in May, and since 2011 organic producers, as well as producers of inputs for organic production have an opportunity to present themselves at the Exhibition of Organic Products, which is jointly organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and Nacional Association for development of organic production „Serbia Organica“.
